A security deposit of £200 will be required. Which will be returned after the property has been checked upon vacation of the property.
The price includes all bedding and towels, and 416kwh of electricity use is included in the Rental price, anything over this will be held back form the security deposit at a rate of 0.8tl per kWh and if this exceeds the amount of the security deposit the guest will be liable to pay any difference.
