Directions by car -
From The M1 North:
Follow the M1 southbound and exit onto A38 at Junction 28, heading west for Burton/Birmingham. Stay on the A38 until you reach a sign for Burton On trent (just past Anoki Indian restaurant). Take this exit and turn right at the top of the exit slipway (as if going back on to the A38) before re-entering the A38 is a road to the left (Claymills Lane) take this road. Take your second left (Church Road) Follow this road to St Mary’s Church (on your right) and turn right here onto Bridge Street. Follow Bridge Street until you reach a staggered crossroads, go straight on onto Harehedge Lane. Drive down Harehedge Lane until you reach the roundabout, go straight over onto Beam Hill Road. Follow Beamhill Road into Anslow Village. Stay on this same road and drive through the village (you will pass The Bell Inn pub on your left) carry on out of the village and drive for roughly 1 mile. You will reach the church (on your left) and Peake’s Retreats is the first on the right after the church.
From the M1 South:
Follow the M1 North Bound and exit at Junction 24, following the A50 to Stoke on Trent. After a few miles you will exit onto the A38 to Burton On trent. Follow the above directions from the M1 North from Anoki restaurant.
From the A38 South:
Follow the A38 until you reach signs for Branson Water park, you will take the exit slip Road after the water park signposted Burton On Trent. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road take the first exit signposted Tatenhill and The Adventure Farm. Follow signs to the Adventure Farm. Drive past the Adventure Farm (on your right) until you reach a staggered crossroad (The Acorn Pub will directly opposite you) go straight over onto Hopley Road. Follow Hopley Road until you reach a T junction. Turn left onto Hanbury Road, signposted Hanbury. Follow this road until you reach the church (on your left) Peake’s Retreats is the first on your right after the church.
