Peake’s Retreats currently has 3 x 6 metre all weather yurts set in a spacious field surrounded by tall hedges for extra weather protection, privacy and peace of mind if you have children. A short walk to our car park offers views across the Staffordshire fields and access to local hiking trails.

All of our self-catering yurts are Beautifully decorated and furnished to sleep up to 6 people, so are perfect for families and large groups, but are equally just as cozy for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. We can also offer travel cots and ‘next to me’ beds for infants if required, just ask.

Milne's Corner and Beaumont's Hideaway each have a private wood fired hot tub.

Potter's Lodge has its own private spa hot tub with powerful targeted jets as well as whirlpool therapy.

The yurts are weather proofed and well insulated perfect for year round use, and taking advantage of all seasons. There is no electricity to the yurts themselves so some tea lights are provided but you may bring extra if you wish (please do so inline with our terms and conditions). We want you to have an amazing 'offgrid' stay with us, but we also know that you may want to take pictures to capture your memories and may need your phone for emergencies, therefore charging lockers are available for phones and small tablets in our cooking cabin. The yurts each have a wood burning stove, for heat and for cooking and we are able to provide a two ring gas stove on request. You can also whip up some culinary delights in either our fully equipped cooking cabin or by using the fire pit located outside of your yurt, complete with cooking trivet. We do also have a selection of portable BBQs available for outdoor use by your yurt, and our large but cosy Finnish BBQ hut is available for guests to use free of charge. Charcoal is not provided for any of the BBQ options, you are welcome to bring your own with you or purchase it from us on arrival. 

Each yurt has it’s own lockable shower and toilet room located in our shower building.
